Towneez Referral Program

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Towneez mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use the App and participate in the referral program, you must be a resident of South Africa.

Referral Program

The App offers a referral program where users can earn rewards for referring other users to download the App using their unique referral code. Rewards are paid out in real money based on the number of users who have downloaded the App using your referral code.

Limitations

Towneez reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.

Liability

Towneez shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the referral program.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with South African law.

Participation

An example will be given of how a user can get awarded.

User A has the Towneez app installed and asked User B to download the Towneez app. User A must go to the promotion page in-app and copy their referral code. User A must then send his/her referral code to User B. Once User B has downloaded the Towneez app User B must go to the promotion page and under “Friend Code” User B must input the code that User A Shared. Only then will User A be awarded one credit.

Reward limitations

A user shall only be able to get awarded once he/she has reached at least 50 credits. Once a user has reached said milestone they can click the claim now button on the promotion page of the app.

Reward Claiming

Once a user has clicked claim reward in the app they will be redirected to their preferred email client with pre-filled details. A user should not edit this email and just click send. Any changes a user makes to this email will result in not being able to claim their reward. Once a user has claimed their reward their score will be reset to zero.
